New plan
As always plans change and evolve.
I've been wanting to do a more cohesive version of the comicbook. Expand on a few of the pages, redo a few pages and do more direct adaptations of some of the one of skits into comic form. Instead of constantly re-ordering the 1st 2 versions of the book (book 2 is a re-print with a few new pages and mistakes from book 1 fixed) I want to just do 1 master version, with new pages, the old pages in a more linear order and more credits and official press inside. I really want to release a more professional looking comic book in the end, something worthy of having the Boss Lady's name attached to.
I hope to get this done and in print in time for the Fan Expo Boston show in August. I will not do pre-orders, that was stressful. Although I managed to get all those orders out rather smoothly, I was doing it by myself and I was so anxious about getting orders out correctly, also the amount of emails from people wanting their books and thinking I was scamming them, when they didn't look to see I had the books listed as a pre-order and the estimated date on when the books would be going out.
I like to have the product in hand and ready to go, so I don't keep people waiting.
So I will be hammering at new pages for this version, for a nice, thick, juicy comic book lol. Since I am ahead on designs for rewards for this month and next month, it'll give me some time to do this and I appreciate you all for that. Exactly why I have patreon, so I can focus on my various projects.
I hope to have copies for Fan Expo Boston and copies for the shop quickly. So copies I have of book 1.2 will be it. Once they are gone, they will be considered collector's items, same with version 1.0. I know I had said I was going to order re-prints of both, but it doesn't make sense to have 3 versions of the same item (more or less with some differences). I just want 1 master version, available to the public. I hope this makes sense.
So here is the new cover. I do hope you all like it. I am still working on the coloring book idea too, but when I am able to order that will depend on funds after the convention. My trip alone to the show, I will need to make about $2k to break even alone (hotel, gas, travel, food, booth rental ect..) I will be dipping into my top surgery funds for the book (since that is yet again on hold due to some extra tests needing to be run). I haven't talked about it publicly but I have to go through testing for some fun extra lumps, all over again. Been through this before and they always come back cancer free, but I gotta do it again before I can start the process all over again for my surgery, but now I gotta go back to square one on finding a surgeon, since the one I chose this time will no longer be practicing in my area at the start of next year. I wanted to be transparent with you all on that. I will keep everyone updated on the surgery situation, because if/when I can get my surgery, it will effect how much work I can do for at least a month.
So that is the update. I am trying to keep my head up, stay busy, and multitask so I don't have time to stop and think too hard on things lol. I do hope that all of you are doing well, and we all go through it from time to time, and if there is ever any way I can help, like share a gofundme or anything like that, I'll do what I can to help. I appreciate you all and thank you a ton for being here.

You have a lot going on and I wish you all the best for your health and sorry you have to dip into your surgery fund, that sucks. I'd love to get the new comic, so when it's ready hope we can figure out a way together to get it to Europe! Take care
I am also going to aim to do a digital release too, and I'm looking at a print on demand service as well for the books. Any way to try and help cut some of the shipping costs overseas. I know it can get expensive.
I'm looking forward to when the new comic is ready, whenever that is. If it's not ready until the new year then it is what it is. Take care of yourself, I hope your medical stuff goes smoothly and gets sorted soon.
I hope it all comes together as planned. You're a Rockstar when it comes to the Hell's Belles merch and I look forward to whatever you're building for the future. I live on the edges of the margins so I understand staying transparent and not being too cavalier with $$$. Take care of your self first, the rest will figure itself out. Oh, and I wonder if you're in conversation with jaysea to collaborate on a couple stickers or crossovers for book 2/and the TT vignettes? Just an idea. I know once I read the new book, I'll find more room for stickers of Penny, Greg, Pawl, and the rest of their secondary characters... Oh and pie. Cheers, friend.
