If you've ever zoomed in on a Sim and wondered why they look like they don't own a mirror, this one's for you. The vanilla game's approach to makeup has always left a lot to be desired, and until now the options for fixing it were limited to preventing it entirely or building massive curated outfit libraries. Auto Makeup takes a different approach.
The tone-matched Apply Makeup function and auto-fix draw from a hand-selected pool of styles and color swatches from the base game and Essential Glam Kit, luminance matched to each Sim's skintone with offsets to keep everything looking cohesive. Results can range from subtle to more dramatic, but nothing garish or mismatched. Not everyone looks cookie cutter - and that's by design.
Auto-fix is off by default. When you turn it on it applies on spawn to Everyday, Formal, Party, Hot Weather, and Cold Weather outfits on female Sims Teen and up, once per Sim. Applying makeup on age up is a separate configurable setting, as is having auto-fix affect played Sims. You can also use Apply Makeup on demand from the pie menu, or use the individual randomization options to swap out specific parts on any Sim regardless of gender. Males and Sims with fantasy skintones are ineligible for auto-fix and Apply Makeup functions.
A few things worth knowing before you install:
Run Build Makeup Config from the pie menu on first install before anything else works
Essential Glam Kit is recommended for best auto-fix results but is not required
CC makeup is off by default for randomization and not used at all for tone-matched application
