FILM SCORE: Trying To Find The Tone

Here are a few short pieces I made in the early stages of scoring a short film a few years back.

It can be a bit of a process sometimes to get on the same page as the director. Music is subjective.

My idea of what is "dark and eerie" or "upbeat" can differ greatly from someone else.

So sending playlists back and forth and demoing out ideas can be a good way to try to configure your subjective brain to fit.
