Harem Hotel v0.19 Beta Build 3
Hello everyone! This post has been made for all to see, though you must be a $10+ supporter to access the beta build.
By the Seldarine, this update was A LOT of work. Lin's event has technically been years in the making too. I started designing for it in 2021! It is now the largest event in game, taking place over at least five different scenes. Multiple new maps and characters were designed for this event alone, and I plan to add music to it as well in the next build, but I wanted to get this build out as soon as possible. This event changes everything, almost every character is involved in some way. This could be seen as the end of Part 1 of the game's story.
Lin's event took so long to develop, I have to ask, was it worth it? I've increased the quality and effort put into each image over the years that it has slowed down development, and due to this I believe, less patrons have been joining. Maybe I need to release smaller updates more frequently, or maybe the level of detail and work put into these newer events just isn't worth it to most. I know it can suck not getting any content in any given month (especially in this economy) when you as a patron are supporting the development, so let me know what you think.

To gain access, you must be an active $10+ per month patron and have your Patreon and Discord accounts connected in your Patreon account settings, wait a minute, and enjoy! (The downloads are in the beta-downloads channel where link above will take you. If you need any help, please let me know!)
Troubleshooting: Wait at least 5 minutes for the connection. Reconnect your patreon and discord accounts. Make sure NSFW content is enabled on discord.

1. Download the PC version of the game.
2. Unpack the .zip using RAR or your desired unpacking tool.
3. Download Joiplay and the Ren'py plugin through the Google Play store.
4. Launch Joiplay, when your on the main menu click the "+" button on the bottom right. Enter game name, version and (optional) game icon.
5. On the "Executable File" click Choose and go to the location where you downloaded the game, when inside the unpacked game folder choose the .exe game file and click Choose. When all information looks correct, feel free to click on the "Add" button.
6. You're now done and good to go. Have fun! (You may also want to move saves around)
If you're having issues loading the game or a save, downloading Joiplay from their Patreon may solve the issue.

Honestly, no matter how often I wish the wait was over, I am grateful that your updates are always substantial. A lot of the more regular ones feel like waiting a month for an episode of a saturday morning cartoon. It also doesn't hurt that this is the best vn I've played by a wide margin in terms of writing.

That moment when you play the preview of Lin's Event and the Music is just "Easy Beats" Wait I think it is different Music than the "Easy Beats (Default)", from the Music Menu but like still it sounds weird. "ah Yes you have a Gun to my head would you like some relaxed an chill beats". Nothing major just think it is kinda funny.

There is a bug patch available for it in the same area you can download the b3
Exceptional story with Jia madness. The renders are also amazing. Don't have to make the thick girls thin. Maria, Pixel and such. Better to keep the variety

You have access, I don't see any issues.
"Please help, the #beta-download channel on Discord isn't working. It says: 'Messages could not be loaded.' Can you help me? Thank you."
Looks like you got it to work. The issue seemed to be that you didn't have your Patreon and Discord accounts connected.

Great work. I’ve been attached to my progress from the V0.18 release, so I don’t think I had a chance to see those remade scene. I’ll take this release as a sign to restart and enjoy the current story again.
they are an option for that from the bed when you install a new version and keep your previous safe , at least it was the case in the last build
Still haven't been able to download the update. My accounts are linked, but when I click on the download link, it takes me to Discord and will not load the channel; "Messages failed to load". Any help would be appreciated.

I'm really enjoying every aspect of the story, and think that the improvements of the old in concert with the newer material is worth the wait. I realize that the speed of release might turn some folks away, but I hope we can keep you well funded enough to see your story go where you want it to go for some time to come.

Hey Runey. As a matter of personal opinion, I would prefer the three smaller releases each year from the olden days, to the one big release each year we are at right now. Also, I'm here for the characters and the story, not the epic set pieces. My favorite moment is still Lin and Kali laying on a bed bonding over their shared love for the MC. Don't get me wrong I appreciate the effort and artistry that goes into making the visuals for something like the boat trip to the fairy island, but the story is much more important to me. That said, my opinion shouldn't matter to you, you should make the game you want to make at a speed that works for you. Everything else feels like a recipe for burn out.
Hello Runey and many thanks for one of the best r18 games i ever played. For my point of view (43y old gamer) i prefer waiting for better content (quantity and quality) but for that i NEED to be regularly updated of the advancement of the game, you work on it but i need to but assured of what i spend money . Just my thoughs , i love your game, i need to know what next you will providing us , and i need some of the womens pregnants (Lin and Autumn, Ashley is ready too XD ) keep up the good work and thank you

I've been supporting this project for many years now, since Autumn was initially added. I havent played every update, but I love the world and characters you have created. I can see how the less frequent updates can be taxing, but just keep doing what you are doing and I look forward to the future of this game 😁

Hey Runey, I know you have your supporters (us) to please but at the same time it's also important that you keep doing what you feel is right, even if sometimes that takes longer.
