Babus Devlog #90: Next steps!
Hello, beautiful people!
Heh! Knowing you, I figured I’d get into trouble when I shared that sneak peek. As expected, we now have an army at our gates asking the million-dollar question: WHEN?!
The short answer is: “not soon.” The reason is easy to imagine: this level is going to be, without a doubt, the most ambitious one so far. It will feature more characters, animations, and kinks than any previous level. Even though we put a lot of love into the first two levels, there were many things we had to leave out due to deadlines: back then, we weren’t as big and couldn’t indulge that much.
Now, however, you’ve turned us into one of the top creators on Patreon, and we want to repay you by making a truly special level. We just ask that you give us time to cook!
Of course, we won’t leave you empty-handed during development. Our plan is to release another small update soon with new poses, trinkets, and endings, similar in size to the last one. We hope that makes the wait a bit easier. We will talk more about it in the next devlogs!
On top of that, we’ll keep you well informed about the development of Level 3! We can’t wait to make enough progress to publish the first Dev Build that includes it.

It should not. The version of the game that you downloaded and was out by the time your membership expired should available to you at all times through your Itch.io account that you are asked to link your Patreon to when you download the game.

It's much better than nothing, and we won't be getting the next level for a while, so we should be understanding; it's already quite something that they're going to give us an update in the meantime.
Btw wouldnt it be great if the game gets a real complex to achieve animation or an ending or a special item (like the secret positions but harder and worth it) ? Like u know it adds more content to the game and add something that u need to do/accomplish between 2 or more levels (example the 1st ending of the 1st level changes something in the 2nd level) this is the general idea it would be more fun to do it too :)
Maybe we'll do something like that in the future! We don't want it to be too frustrating, though. We hate grinding :')
