Month 3

We're at the end of another month again, and that coincides with the public release of my first animation, Welcome to Wolf Burger, which you can get here: https://mrbirdydraws.itch.io/wolf-burger

The current project, Police Misconduct, is well underway. It's a little more ambitious in scope, but I've just about finished roughing it out.

Now that we're a few months in, I think it's worth reassessing the Patreon a little. I think I have established something of a consistent cadence of one new animation every 12 weeks or so. While the goal of this Patreon is ultimately to create animated shorts, the thing to call out here is working on the animation more or less consumes all spare time. That's not a complaint, I love it. But it doesn't leave much room for anything else and I am conscious of not delivering a whole lot of extras, especially for the higher tier backers.

I feel a desire to give something back, but I also want to set expectations. My current thinking at the moment is to dedicate one day a week where I am not allowed to work on the animation so I am forced to draw some exclusive pictures for Patreon; naturally this will take time away from the animation, but I think it might ultimately make things more fun. First and foremost I am keen do more for everyone here who has shown their support, so I am open to suggestions!
