Operator Test Build for v0.3.0

Hi Operators!

Test build for v0.3.0 is out on the discord server!

This is the morning scene and accounts for 20% of the day 3.

This morning scene continues on from the two main story paths from day 2 (defiant or compliant). Each path is slightly different. The goal of this morning scene is to set the tone and context for what is about to happen at the beach.

Apologies if there is a lot of reading...as it is the morning scene, it is the low point that serves as a peaceful buildup before the drama begins.

I'm looking for suggestions/ideas for what should happen at the beach. I have some ideas already but I can always implement better ones!
