Just checking if you sent out an email link to patrons for this episode as I didn't receive anything. Thanks!
Hi, we had some technical issues this week so it was a little late, but now the new show is up and running. Sorry for the delay.
Failing crops and afterwards spiking food prices tend to break the fault-lines in a society, which were hidden as long as things went well. So lets hope you are not in the ground zero of the next big wave of insurgencies.
When you mentioned the factionalism within the Khmer rouge I had to look up the background of the leaders. Most of the ones at the top (including Pot and the guy who ran Toul Sleng) were Sino-Khmer. Any ideas on why that might be?
5 star hotels should be a stretch goal :D
