Society V - Official Announcement
After weeks of research, experimentation and engine-level prototyping, Society V has officially entered active development.
The Core Version is now functionally around 90% complete. Most of the underlying systems are already operational, with the remaining work focused on polishing, balancing, optimization, visual feedback and a number of advanced features currently being finalized.
The first Core Build is expected to be released as a Developer/Test Build in Discord within the next few days.
Once testing is complete, the Core Version will launch exclusively for Patreon supporters.
What Is Society V?
Society V is not a police mod.
It is not a reputation mod.
It is not another crime overhaul.
Society V is an attempt to answer one question:
What if Los Santos actually remembered what happened?
Core Version Features
Realistic Observation System
NPCs no longer possess magical awareness.
Observation is based on:
- Real head direction
- Dynamic field of view
- Distance
- Visibility
- Sound
- Context
A pedestrian looking at their phone may never notice you.
A security guard staring directly at you might remember every detail.
Advanced Event Recognition
NPCs can individually identify and react to more than 15 different event categories.
Examples include:
- Assaults
- Vehicle theft
- Armed robbery
- Murder
- Threats
- Suspicious behavior
- Heroic actions
And much more.
Dynamic Character Attributes
Every NPC possesses unique personality traits generated from their archetype and model.
Courage
Determines:
- Confrontation
- Intervention
- Revenge potential
Morality
Determines:
- Emergency reporting
- Social reactions
- Personal choices
Intelligence
Determines:
- Recognition speed
- Detail retention
- Investigative capability
Memory
Determines:
- How long events are remembered
- Which details are forgotten
- Which details remain permanently significant
Social Classes
Every NPC belongs to a class.
Examples include:
- Security
- Civilian
- Professional
- Affluent
- Vulnerable
Each class reacts differently to the same event.
A construction worker, security guard and tourist witnessing the same crime may all interpret it differently.
Detailed Recognition System
NPCs can potentially remember:
- Your face
- Clothing and garments
- Vehicle appearance
- Vehicle model
- License plates
- Masks
- Disguises
The important part:
Nothing is guaranteed.
Witnesses may remember some details and completely forget others.
A murder victim's partner may remember your face for weeks but forget your vehicle after only a few days.
Another witness may remember your car but never noticed your face.
Every memory is uncertain and dynamic.
Living Witnesses
The system identifies:
- Victims
- Witnesses
- Accomplices
- Gang members
Each participant get categorized based on what actually happened.
Dynamic Area Behavior
Neighborhoods adapt to your actions.
Areas develop fear and awareness levels based on recent events.
These effects naturally fade over time unless reinforced.
Examples include:
- Increased vehicle locking
- Bodyguards
- Escort vehicles
- Reduced pedestrian density
- Increased night-time caution
- Security presence
- Police foot patrols
- Police vehicle patrols
Every neighborhood evolves differently.
Dynamic Law Enforcement
Police no longer appear because the game says so.
Everything begins with information.
No witness.
No report.
No response.
Police dispatches originate from actual stations and their response intensity depends on the severity of the reported crime.
But even after responding, officers may not know who they are looking for.
Their information depends entirely on what witnesses actually observed.
Police may:
- Search crime scenes
- Interview witnesses
- Establish perimeters
- Patrol surrounding areas
- Set up roadblocks
- Intensify patrol patterns
- Deploy detectives
- Escalate to SWAT or air support when necessary
The investigation develops from information rather than scripted wanted levels.
NPC Revenge System
This is the feature I refuse to spoil.
Victims remember.
Witnesses remember.
Some people move on.
Some people don't.
Depending on who you wronged, what happened and how much they remember, the consequences may return days later in ways that range from hilarious to deeply inconvenient.
This is something players will need to experience for themselves.
The Ultimate Version
The Ultimate Version expands Society V far beyond the Core Build.
Additional social classes include:
- Mafia
- Politicians
Expect:
- Multiple revenge paths for every major event
- Expanded area adaptation systems
- Advanced NPC behaviors
- Full investigative law systems
- Case files
- Case officers
- Corruption
- Bribery
- Federal investigations
You may wake up to find federal agents watching your property.
You may discover who is investigating you.
You may attempt to bribe them.
You may discover they cannot be bribed.
Or perhaps you'll decide to solve the problem another way.
Or You may become a Permanent rival to a mafia.
VVIP Integration
Eventually Society V and VVIP V will become connected.
Powerful individuals will require protection.
Investigations will create threats.
Threats will create demand for security.
And security will create entirely new gameplay possibilities.
This is where things become truly interesting.
The Goal
Not more wanted stars.
Not more police.
Not more scripted events.
The goal is simple:
To create a GTA V world that realistically:
Observes.
Remembers.
Reacts.
Adapts.
Retaliates.
Across multiple days, multiple sessions and multiple stories.
Society V is not about changing the player.
It's about changing the world around them.
And one thing I can guarantee in true blue fire style: the depth and realism in this system will be unmatched.
THANK YOU FOR SUPPORTING BLUE FIRE❤️

Can it please have the latest version of SHV I can run the VVIP perfect now but the bodyguard mod doesn’t work on the new version . I know it is integrated but i prefer the standalone because it has more detail to the security without vehicle
