As Apple charches massive extra costs when you join in the patreon APP i recommand this workaround:

Go to the website from patreon and join there (with the now massive reduced rate). Later you can log in into the app with your account without sending a gift to apple. On the lowest tier the difference is then nearly enough that you can afford already the second level where you see all videos.

This workaround is also possible for existing members.
