Hey there microwave fans!
It's been a while since we've done capitalism together, but I'm proud to say that after a couple un-paid microwave videos done just for the love of my art, I am making my third paid patreon post.
I have to say, it was good getting back in the saddle. I do love counting down with my microwave, especially while thinking of how I am putting your hard-earned dollars to work. I hope you are as thrilled as I am with the result!
Now, we have passed the $99.99 stretch goal, which means I will be gathering a group of 9 people for an upcoming countdown. Obviously gathering 8 other microwave counting experts is going to take some time and resources, so it might not happen for a few videos.
I know you are probably already impatient for the next video, so I will try to make another soon. I think that because certain stresses in my life have gone away in the past few months, I can have more time to make videos---time that YOU, dear patron, can help me convert into capital.

The thing I like about these, is they remind me of John Cage's idea of chance music. Each video is different, despite being the same mechanical activity. There's even variation between numbers in a single video. Obviously, the whole idea is a bit silly, but I find them kind of meditative.
But .. but I can't patreon you any other way! I guess Capitalism will just have to suffice for elsewhere.
OK, I admit it. While I love the sound of your voice, the content of your "real" videos, the microwave countdown videos are boring. I just pledge for them to encourage you to make more of the stuff I like.
