Rest and Sleep values should be standardized or perhaps even improved for gain if you do them in your brothel. As it stands, a full night's sleep costs me a day and gets me NO healing at the brothel. If I sleep in the streets or the woods I walk away feeling better than in a posh bed... hmn.
The bed in the brothel only moves time forward because you don't need health, mana, etc inside the brothel, it's like a different game inside there, but you are right, it makes more sense to keep restoring your stats there too. I'll implement it in 2.9.
Would love for sometime for your character you play to become bulging with cock or cum inflation.
I need to do some testing, but I think I could do something like that with the models, I'll test it when we reach Westfall, because of the Tauren and their big...horns
