the game keeps freezing if you hit escape to skip a scene when it is still on a dark screen

Damn, this is an old, old bug from what I can see. If you spam Esc at the start of the scene while the loading black screen is still visible, the game stops responding to Esc, and when the scene ends, you get stuck on a black screen. I think I know what's causing it, I'll try to have it fixed in the next version. If you wait until the initial black screen disappears before pressing Esc It should work normally. Thanks for the report ^^

I'm running into a bug where leveling up in the Ultradon cave soft locks the game rather than going back to the dungeon.
