Build 11 Development Completed

I've finished coding and images for Build 11. It will be released sometime tomorrow afternoon or early evening.

I want to run some more tests to try and catch as many bugs as possible before posting it. I suspect there are a couple hiding in the new CDC routine and I'd like to give them the Orkin treatment before doing the final build.
