First of all, I want to thank you all for the incredible support since Episode 4 of Season 4 was released. I really appreciate it.
NO MORE MONEY – S4 E5
Last week I took some time off to spend with my family while waiting for more bug reports. There were only a few small ones since version 4.4.3, so I won't be creating a new version and will instead start working on Episode 5. I'll have an update by the end of the week explaining what I've managed to do since then and what to expect in episode 5.
DIRTY TEXTS – Anthology
As you know, in my free time I've been working on a side project, but I had to pause it due to falling behind on No More Money. Now that things are back to normal and I'm no longer working weekends on NMM, I want to continue, though there have been some hiccups along the way.
As some of you remember, I mentioned that 3 stories were almost finished. My initial plan was to do the images entirely with AI, since that's common in these SMS-style games, but the remaining images I needed were so difficult to pull off in AI that I was spending more time trying to make a few renders than just doing everything in 3D. So I scrapped the AI images entirely and hired an artist to help out. We've been splitting the stories between us to release sooner without affecting No More Money's development. However, after finishing one story, he ran into problems with his rendering machine and had to stop. I'll update you as soon as I have better news. My goal is to release the first version with 2 out of 12 stories by the end of August. If the game does well, I'll consider expanding beyond 12 stories, but that's the plan for now.
CANDY EMPEROR is back
A few months ago I created a tier where some of you could request custom 4K renders with my characters. I eventually closed it because it was taking up too much time, but I've since decided I want to use it as a way to improve my art skills, so rather than doing random images, I'd rather do renders you actually want to see.
Here's how it works: you contact me on Discord, via direct message, or by email at royalcandystudio@gmail.com with your idea for a custom scene. Once we agree on the scene and make sure it doesn't involve anything I'm not comfortable with or that goes against Patreon's guidelines, I'll open a spot, make the scene, and deliver 3–5 4K renders from multiple angles and compositions.
For now I'm planning to open only 2 spots per month at €75 each, but if there's more demand and I can handle it without affecting NMM's development, I'll open more. Scenes should include 1–3 characters maximum. Reference images are welcome. Feel free to reach out if you're interested.
AI VIDEOS
As you may have already noticed, this post has a poll attached. Some of you caught that the last episode had around 10 animations made with AI. The reason is simple. Kissing and making out scenes have always been painful to animate, due to lips interacting with each other, and the results were never quite what I wanted. With the improvements in AI animation, I was able to get a few results I was genuinely proud of. Pulling off something similar in 3D would be extremely difficult with our current skill set, but I know this is a sensitive topic, so I want to hear your opinion.
Given that I'm about to start on a new episode: did the AI videos bother you? Would you prefer I stop using AI for more complex animations?
I'm not planning to replace all 3D animations. I'm just trying to deliver the best quality I can, and in some cases I think AI currently does a better job. So, did it bother you or not? Cast your vote below.

The AI videos of kissing were good but there are some wierd transitions at the end of some of them, like with Charlotte and the MC In the shower.
AI kisses are hot men :P well done. They look so much realist that normal animations (i know it must be dificult to animate tongue etc)
I'm not the biggest fan of AI, i think it can be used tastefully and ethically but often isn't. I found the AI vids fine in the last update, although personally, i often see AI used for kissing/make out or stuff like animating walking in AVNs and i personally find that animating those scenes dont add that much for me so i often feel the AI isn't super worth it. Still voted the third option though and if you find it helps you out then i dont have much opinion on it.
I don't like AI replacing the creation of art, but it's getting harder and harder to completely avoid. I think the best way to use it is sparingly. I dislike when an animation/video is obviously AI especially when it goes on for too long. For the new kissing animations it was pretty obvious
Royal Candy. Please, let's have some sexier scenes featuring Charlotte on her own. I'm tired of being interrupted by Bea or Tris. We're nearing the end, and we've had so few scenes alone with Charlotte. Please make room for this in the next update. Thanks for your hard work
could honestly be used for any and all animations, i actually almost prefer it in a lot of projects

I liked it in the last update the only thing was that it was jarring when they pause and go back to a regular render afterwards...the transition isn't good. Otherwise if you find it delivers better quality currently than I say go with it. I wouldn't mind even remastering some of the major sex scenes with the tech if you get really good with it.
Is anyone else getting an extremely bad rendering in the gym shower scene with Charlette?

Hi, RC. Choice #3 is a clear one. I'm glad you're diving into Episode 5. The last episode was really interesting, and the ending was WOW! I'm curious to see how things turn out at the club! I really enjoyed the beach scene with Tris, the volleyball, and Tris and Bea’s project! Good luck, and I hope the new episode is here as soon as possible!
The single biggest hurdle for any dev has always been update frequency. The second has been limiting the project to a specific base. My feelings? USE AI judiciously to make things faster and don't get hung up on anything "neto" - dark kinks only reach about 15% of the AVN base in residual sales on Steam, and waiting for months for updates is the number one complaint in every forum.
You can't fight technology, get ahead of it and learn how to best use it before others because they will and they always leave behind the technophobic.

Hi, I'm here to ask something. I found out today, after finishing season 3, that there wasn't a season 4, but I searched and found the Patreon. I want to know when the complete season 4 will be released on Steam and if it will be the last one or not? I already have the three episodes and the Walkthrough DLC. I really want to finish the game; the problem is that it's only in English, but I'm still trying to understand the story.
So as soon as all the whole season is developed I'm releasing it on Steam, hopefully early 2027. This is going to be the las season. As for language, for now I only export the game in English
Option 3, Tbh as AI advances it will become the norm for artist's and storytellers, It''s quicker and cheaper, If you know how to use it properly it can create some incredible images.

Going with option 3 here Dev. The kissing scene on the last episode was pretty good in my opinion, even though I’m not big on AI. Hope you are doing well Dev and all RC supporters.
I thought the kissing animations in S4E4 were really good. While I'm not a fan of AI for all the relevant economic reasons, as long as it's limited to only when it's something you can't do very well yourself like such kissing animations, etc. then I am fine with it. Keep up the great work.

this is where I believe AI should be used up to, I believe it should only be used as a tool and to assist, rather than create as a whole. I like AI being used this way, but this is as far as it should go IMHO

Rc please use Ai on Kissing and make out don't include In H scenes its looks unatural. Side note : Please make Alone date events with Charlotte and MC they always get interrupted. Loved the cliffhanger twist tbh.
Definitely option 3 for me. Personally have no issues with AI as long as we limit them to kissing scenes and tbh they did look good this episode
I do not like the full story to be developed by AI, but there are already and will be pockets, where AI will help creators. And videos are surely an area.

I don't think so. Currently I didn't find an AI model that is able to do loop animation as good as we can make with 3D. If that is going to change I'll let you guys know and I'll probably make another poll
tbh 3rd option makes more sense to me personally but the thing is yk people who like NMM in general would agree with everything but people who hate AI in general would obviously hate it anyways. thats what i think atleast 🥀

Bruh How can it take longer then the last update which had more scene and had no ai. Why did this update took 5 months
There are multiple reasons. Writing the volleyball event with all it's outcomes and different characters (Emma/Bea) was a pain to write. This episode feels shorter but it has more text. On top of that one of my machine broke mid episode and I had to render all animations on a single machine and since each animation takes like 12-20 hours, that means I could render 2-3 animations in a day, rather than 4-6. Some scenes were harder to make. Somedays I can make 50-60 renders in day, while some other times I can only do 20-30 if the scenes are complex.
