Thermoformed Bat | Halloween Candy Holder

Spooky season is almost here, so I made a bat for the thermoformed series! 🦇
It's built from two mesh halves that open up and close back together, with a small cap at the top. Once it's formed, the mesh softens into a rounded body that stays light and airy, so it holds a few pieces of candy or a little surprise. My favourite thing about it: clip it up by the bottom and it hangs upside down just like a real bat. That wasn't the plan when I started, but it quickly became my favourite way to display it.
The file has both body halves and the cap on one plate, and it prints with no supports. After that, heat the mesh evenly with a heat gun or hot water and shape it gently to keep the wings clean.
This one sits nicely next to the pumpkin if you're building a little Halloween corner, and it works for party bags or trick-or-treat surprises too.
Thank you so much for being here. Your support is what lets me keep experimenting with these thermoformed designs, and I really appreciate every one of you. If you print it, please share a photo. I'd love to see what colours you go with and what ends up inside! ❤️
