ASHBOURNE STABLES — THE INSPIRATION BEHIND PART II 🐎
Before I start showing you more of the actual CC, I wanted to share a little of the inspiration behind Ashbourne Stables.
For Part II, I’m taking Ashbourne deeper into the equestrian world not simply creating a few stable objects, but trying to build an entire atmosphere around them. The references I’ve been collecting are all about that balance between a working stable and a beautifully designed heritage space: dark timber, black iron, aged leather, brass details, traditional tack rooms, elegant wash bays, tailored textiles, chandeliers and those little architectural details that make a place feel established rather than newly decorated.
I especially love the contrast between very functional equestrian spaces and interiors that almost feel like part of an old country estate. That is exactly the direction I want for this collection.
Ashbourne Stables will be significantly larger than Part I, with more furniture, stable essentials, equestrian décor, architectural details and pieces designed specifically to help you create a complete luxury stable environment in your game. Some of my favorite ideas are still only sketches, references and unfinished meshes right now, but I wanted you to see the world I’m building before everything comes together.
And yes… I intentionally saved some of the strongest pieces for this chapter. 🤎
Part I gave Ashbourne its Club. Part II will give it its Stables. Once both are complete, they’ll finally come together as the Complete Ashbourne Collection. More previews soon.
