Hello G's, so we have been in the lab for since the beginning of the year, scheming, plotting, making preparations and executing on our plan. The plan is to change sim-racing as we know it. May sound bold, I know... But still I can confidently speak it out loud! This is a pre-release, you are the first ones to know. ONLINE DRIFTING SUCKED - UNTIL NOW!

While drifting in assetto is awesome, there was no way to score it online without live judges (and track your progress) WAS! But now, Initial G Server + Brand new hybrid app that lives on your PC and takes data from the server (G-HUB) = Proper Drift Scoring online!

AVAILABLE NOW (DRIFT METER WIDGET):

• calculating the angle of the car

• drift speed

• drift duration

• proximity to other players

• cuts and collisions

• SWITCHING BETWEEN GRIP TO DRIFT

OTHER WIDGETS

+ global leaderboards on local server (LEADERBOARDS) + automatic proximity chat (VOICE TOGGLE) + change the size of the Widgets (OPTIONS) + bind hotkeys to open widgets (OPTIONS)

UNITING COMMUNITIES

If we want Assetto to evolve into something new, we need to unite the communities rather then separate them That is why our new touge challenge now hosts Drift and Grip at the same time! - just make sure you toggle the G-HUB app into the right mode! ( top left toggle) everything is for download on our downloads portal downloads.initialg.gg here is the challenge (this is for now the only server running the new Server pack):

This is just the beginning, we are up to something that even Kunos abandoned with the EVO, but we feel like simracing is need of. ( that is why you will find a lot of disabled functions in the app) - they are coming in very soon.
