Dakota Access Pipeline - Honest Government Advert
Dear Patrons, old and new
Here's the latest Juice Media that you've made possible!
As promised, I finally made an Honest Government Advert about a non-Australian topic! I chose the Dakota Access Pipeline because it is such a crucial topic, tying together as it does the fight for climate justice and Indigenous rights - two issues which have always been at the core of Juice Media / Rap News videos. The Standing Rock Sioux and #NoDAPL fight is a perfect case of "History Is Happening". Yet it is not yet receiving the attention it deserves.
I'll be making more of these videos, for other Governments needing a bit more honest propaganda (yeah, I'm looking at you, UK, Israel, Brasil, Russia, Canada...). So Patrons, if you have any feedback or suggestions for future topics, let me know in the comments below.
Thank you to all the new Patrons who came on board! As you can see, thanks to the increased funding I've been able to afford getting an actor on set (big ups to Matylda for her first appearance on a Juice Media video!) - something I hope to do on all HGA videos from now on.
Ok cool... but where is Rap News??? I hear some of you ask. I know a lot of you new Patrons signed up to support Rap News videos and we *will* be making more Rap News - but, as mentioned, this will be occasionally, as a special treat. Meanwhile, your pledges will go towards also creating shorter, quick-response videos like these which, I think, have even more potential for getting information across clearly and raising awareness. But if you're only interested in Rap News then please pledge accordingly by chipping in a smaller amount per video so that your contributions are spread out more evenly.
And if you're happy to support all the new videos I make (WHICH I REALLY HOPE!) then please do. I'll make sure they ALL contain plenty of Juice.
Thanks again for your support - you guys are literally keeping the Juice Media going right now.

I am pretty sure libertarians are also against it :P
Oil is love, oil is life...
Did you see Capt. Paul Watson of Sea Shepherd shared this video on his personal facebook page? Great stuff :)
Oh wow - i did not know that, thanks for letting me know Sallita! So glad that this video is helping to raise awareness. And thanks to all the Patrons who made it possible!
Amidst all the Brexit chaos in the UK, I feel the Snooper's Charter/Investigatory Powers Bill would fit right in as a topic for a future advert.
Thanks for the suggestion, I'll put it on the list of candidates!
