Filter Tutorial

I just learned a new image filter today and had to share鈥攊t鈥檚 perfect for creating a soft, dreamy feel.

I鈥檝e included a short tutorial in the image, so you can follow along easily and try it out yourself.馃挅

I tried it on CSP. Photoshop blending mode is the same. But I'm not sure about other software.

Thanks for the tip. I only use paint tool sai 2.0 but I do have CSP

I am still using Paint Tool SAI. Just using CSP for the effect and tools馃槀
