Hi friends I’m so sorry for being inactive for a while, I’ve jammed my finger and I’m still recovering from therapy and splints

Been there done that but with rhumeatoid arthritis. Warm or hot hand soaks along with keeping your hands warm at night help a ton. My mom and i have to keep our arms and hands covered at night with our electric blanket. otherwise, we have to wear our hand braces and not touch our phones for long periods at a time. Heat helps a lot with the healing process better than ice. I wish you a speedy recovery queen 💚
