COME OUT OF HER MY PEOPLE

I wrote this book in cooperation with Greg Dixon Senior. I can't find a hard copy of the book kicking around my house, but I think this pdf is pretty close to what was published. I must say, of all the books I have written this is my least favorite. It turned into a rush-job because Greg was dying. And, indeed he died before it was completed. For some reason, I think that's what he wanted. So,I finished it on my own without changing any of the material he had confirmed accurate to date. This pdf was also requested by Bryan. Enjoy.
