Hillis have you done a word study on voyce --> voice yet? I'm picking up that voyce is the sound from the LORD until it's heard (the ear-ring of gold) then it's voice (understanding turns into wisdom ear-ring of gold) Job 37:4 After it a voyce roareth: he thundreth with the voice of his excellencie, and hee will not stay them when his voice is heard. Psalmes 29:7 The voyce of the Lord diuideth the flames of fire. Isaiah 30:30 And the Lord shall cause his glorious voice to be heard, and shall shew the lighting downe of his arme, with the indignation of his anger, and with the flame of a deuouring fire, with scattering and tempest and hailestones. 31 For through the voyce of the Lord shall the Assyrian be beaten downe, which smote with a rod. You mention Job Reg, I am also chastened by (EDITED) Zedekiah, who's pride caused him to watch his sons killed before him, then to be blinded, then led into captivity. See Below . . Zedekiah was not a righteous man and not comparable to Job. Hezekiah was a righteous man, and, like Job, did not raise his children to be righteous.
That's Zedekiah not Hezekiah.
Revelation of Christ to the individual is the work of God (v.17), just as you experienced. Matthew 16:13-17 "13 When Iesus came into the coasts of Cesarea Philippi, he asked his disciples, saying, Whom doe men say, that I, the sonne of man, am? 14 And they said, Some say that thou art Iohn the Baptist, some Elias, and others Ieremias, or one of þe Prophets. 15 He saith vnto them, But whom say ye that I am? 16 And Simon Peter answered, and said, Thou art Christ the sonne of the liuing God. 17 And Iesus answered, and said vnto him, Blessed art thou Simon Bar Iona: for flesh and blood hath not reueiled it vnto thee, but my Father which is in heauen. With hope and God's mercy there is no element of doubt when there is FAITH... however with hope from a carnal perspective (before faith, before grace) there is hope with that element of doubt (the wishful thinking). That is the difference between carnal hope and spiritual hope. (faith)
Yes Reg about unfathomable - yes! what a relief! I remember as a young Catholic child being irritated that I had to tell my sins to a man in a booth in order to be forgiven from him and then to do rosary as penance... then as a young adult when I left the religion (stopped going to mass) I said to myself why can't I just ask God for forgiveness, why can't I just talk to God? It was a process as I continued to sin actually doing awful things - as an older adult close to the time I was saved actually WHEN it was shortly brought to passe :) I was in such spiritual anguish asking God please how can I go on? I do not want to go to hell. What do I do? He sent Jesus Christ and all of a sudden RELIEF what a close call! Praise GOD Praise JESUS I am horrified by what a close call it was (what if I would have died first death during that time?!) - I am beyond grateful and again so relieved. Yes, key word the result is REJOYCING in God's mercy. I have rest.
About double "ee" - I looked in my notes and see that I wrote what I read/saw/heard in Genesis about Pharaoh 41:32 And for that the dreame was -->doubled<-- vnto Pharaoh -->twice<-- it is because the thing is established by God: and God will -->shortly<-- bring it to passe. Genesis 41:1 And it came to passe at the end of two ful yeeres, that Pharaoh dreamed: and beholde, -->hee<-- stood by the riuer. in my notes: short (e) passe (ee)

from what i've seen, all the ai-apocalypse stuff is based off one single misread paper - sources just keep going back to that. kind of ironic, seems it's supposed to be enhancing human intelligence or creativity or something. makes for great stories, but that's about it. jesus really is the only hope we have (maybe i speak for myself). dont see anything else lasting around here.
