Paid subscriptions and purchase of my products constitutes an agreement to the policy stated below.
Character Cards
Character Cards released during a given month will be available to Tier 2 ($5) and higher-tier supporters for the remainder of that calendar month.
Once that access period concludes, the cards will be restricted to Tier 4 supporters and above, as well as individual or batch purchase.
This change is primarily intended to deter "pump and dump" subscription behavior, where someone subscribes to Tier 2 in order to acquire access to my entire catalog and immediately cancels their subscription.Redistribution, sharing, reposting, or otherwise providing access to my products, or modified versions of them, to individuals who have not obtained them through an authorized purchase or subscription remains strictly prohibited.
As already stated in prior posts, relatively few content restrictions surrounding the use of my Character Cards exist.
These restrictions primarily concern defamatory content, political content, drama that I am not associated with, and illegal forms of media.Credit for my cards and other content is appreciated, yet not considered required.
Media
Media posts will be available to all paid subscribers from Tier 1 ($1) through Tier 4.
Access to the original media files, including MP4 files and other downloadable formats, will be available to Tier 2 ($5) and higher-tier supporters.
Unlike Character Cards, media posts and their associated access will not be subject to a timed-access or archival process. There will be no subsequent restriction of previously released media based on when it was originally posted.
