Since it got mentioned in the episode, what is the joke in the show title? I believe, ages ago, Graham said it was a song lyric. But i'd never heard the song, and i didn't think to make note of it. Is this like when i spent years thinking the show was sponsored by "Eire de Tiro Press".

How do these dingdongs navigate the obvious tension between nationalist jingoism and their fetish with the 3rd Reich? Like how do they navigate the fact that the US eventually entered the war and many a young man died in the cause of bringing Hitler down?
