IDSG Bonus 34: Dave (1993)
In which Jack and I discuss the Ivan Reitman film Dave (1993), with digressions into presidential succession, Reaganism, romantic subplots, and the (false) promises of job guarantees. This is actually a very entertaining movie, and I'd recommend it as a lazy Saturday afternoon watch if you haven't seen it previously.
I know it's been a bit since we've done a proper episode, but the next one, on the Full Haus podcast, should be recorded next week. Our next bonus episode looks to be on Independence Day (1996).
Thanks as always for your support.

Good episode, never seen Dave, I’ll have to check it out. I rewatched Hal Ashby’s “Being There” recently, it would make a great episode - it has a lot to say.
I haven’t seen it, but it is one my mom talks about often. Based on her telling, it’s a good pick for this.
