I recommend The Witch's Heart for people that want more Norse mythology. The gender roles are just so different than other mythology. I wonder if that's why Nordic countries have lots more women in government and legislation for gender equality.

You should read the witches of east end series by melissa de la cruz . Very good series, it aslo has a 2 season tv series based on the books.
