I know! We do sometimes, like I wasn't drinking when we did Katherine Howard (I'll do a dry month here or there a few times a year). We'd love to do 2 for each episode, but omg so much already goes into every episode. But we know! And hopefully when we put out our cocktail book we can do some mocktails in there too
