Atmósfera 360 — v1.7.1

This is a long post; please read it in its entirety to review all the instructions.

First things first: installation has changed

The mod has grown past 30 GB across all modules. Re-downloading the whole thing for every update stopped making sense.

From this version on, each module downloads separately, and there's an app that installs them and tells you when something new is out.

Atmósfera 360 — Updater

1. SmartScreen. This is the first thing you'll see. Since it isn't signed, Windows displays “Windows protected your PC” → More info → Run anyway.

2. It takes a few seconds to open. Since it's a single file, it unpacks into a temporary folder every time it starts up. It takes 3–6 seconds, during which nothing visible happens.

When you open it:

· It finds your Football Manager 26 folder by itself

· Shows which modules you have and which ones have a newer version

· You install by dragging the ZIP you downloaded onto the window

· It never touches your settings: your BepInEx config, the commentary language you picked, and any file you added stay exactly as they are

· It backs up whatever it replaces, in case you want to roll back

If you already had v1.6

Don't re-download everything. Open the updater and click "Ya tengo la 1.6 instalada" (I already have 1.6 installed). The app records your version and from then on only offers you what actually changed.

Right now that's a single module: Portuguese · Portugal (2.7 GB).

That button doesn't copy or delete anything. It only writes down your version.

If this is your first time

You need BepInEx before any module. It's what lets the game load mods — without it you'll copy the files and nothing will happen.

The updater has a Step 1 panel at the top that handles this:

1. Open the app. If BepInEx is missing, it says so in red.

2. Download BepInEx-Unity.IL2CPP-win-x64-6.0.0-be.755.zip from this post.

3. Drag it onto the window.

4. Launch Football Manager once and let it fully load. The first run takes several minutes because it generates files. That's normal. Then close it.

5. Now you can install modules.

Use the BepInEx from this post, not another one. Football Manager 26 needs version 6 IL2CPP 64-bit; the BepInEx 5 that comes up first on Google does not work and gives no error at all. If you download the wrong one anyway, the app will tell you before installing it.

Grab only what you want. Some need another module to work properly — the updater warns you if one is missing.

Portuguese (Portugal)

Commentary now exists in European Portuguese, with both voices: play-by-play and co-commentator.

Enable it from the Selector de Idioma in the CommentaryAudio folder: pick PORTUGUESE · PORTUGAL and restart the match.

The selector also fixes something from earlier versions: switching language now switches the co-commentator along with the main voice. Before, the previous language's co-commentator could keep talking over the new one.

Known issues

"Windows protected your PC" when opening the updater. Expected. The program isn't code-signed — signing costs a few hundred dollars a year. Click More info → Run anyway.

I installed a module and nothing happens in-game. It's almost always BepInEx. Open the updater and check Step 1: if it isn't green, that's your problem.

The updater shows mods that aren't yours. Only if you tick the checkbox at the bottom. They're greyed out and labelled "de otro autor — no se toca" (another author — not touched): the updater never modifies them. It's there so you can see your full install when something breaks.

Reporting a problem

7. Which modules and versions the table shows

8. If you ticked "Mostrar otros mods instalados", what shows up there

That's usually enough for me to spot it.
