What is FM2026 Kit Designer V. 1.0?

I have been working on this application for some time, and without a doubt, it still needs more work, because it is a first trial version that I hope to improve little by little in future updates.

FM2026 Kit Designer is a desktop application for Windows that allows you to design, customise and export kits (home, away and third kits) for any team in Football Manager 2026. The kits are exported ready to use directly in the game, with PNG files and the XML configuration files that FM2026 requires.

Main features

Start: create a new team or load one from your FM2026 game

Configuration: set the name, FM Team ID, budget, reputation and crest

Contracts: sign with a sports brand and negotiate a sponsorship contract

Design: choose the model and colour, and position the crest and sponsor in 2D and 3D views

Export: export the 3 kits with one click, ready to copy to the FM2026 graphics folder

Load your saved game .fm file directly into the FM2026 app

3 templates from 3 sports brands available in this trial version: Adidas, Nike and Puma.

The future goal with updates is to advance to 72 real sports brands to sign your team's contract: Adidas, Nike, Puma, New Balance, Under Armour, Umbro, Kappa, Joma, Hummel, Macron, Errea, Jako, Mizuno, Le Coq Sportif, Kelme, Lotto, Diadora, Castore, Reebok and many more. Each brand will have up to 20 shirt models and 9 colour variants per model (white, black, red, blue, green, yellow, orange, purple, light blue), with templates in both 2D and 3D views.

As for shirt sponsors, the app includes a library of more than 90 real sponsors, each with their own logo.

You can also create your own custom sponsors. If your sponsor is not on the list, you can create one from scratch: name, PNG logo, contract value and duration.

Contract and budget system

Simulate contract negotiations as in the real game:

Sports brand contract: annual payments and bonuses are calculated based on your team's reputation.

Sponsor contract: receive 3 random offers with values based on your reputation.

Budget panel: shows the breakdown of income (original budget + brand income + sponsor income = total budget).

Kit editor

Control panel: model selector (1-20), colour palette, crest placement, sponsor logo placement with 13-colour tinting system (white, black, red, blue, green, yellow, orange, purple, gold, silver, navy, light blue, or original)

Preview panel: real-time preview with 2D and 3D tabs.

Actions panel: save each kit (Home, Away, Third) individually and control the status of each one
