The Vespucci Beach Police Department is getting more than just vehicles! To go along with the growing Vespucci Beach fleet, I'm releasing this brand-new custom EUP vest texture completely FREE! 🌴☀️🚔

I designed the vest to match the same beach/sunset theme used throughout the Vespucci Beach Police fleet. This gives you a complete matching look when you're out patrolling with the Dodge Charger or the new 2025 FPIU.

The texture includes the custom Vespucci Beach Police branding, matching sunset colors, department badge, American flag, and the large VESPUCCI BEACH POLICE design across the back.

Download Hanako — EUP VEST & EARPIECE from LCPDFR

Once downloaded, you will need:

VEST 4 / SETUP 2

The original vest/model is NOT included with my download. You must download the original directly from Hanako's release using the link above.

This release contains my custom Vespucci Beach Police texture only.

🛠️ HOW TO INSTALL

📸 Install-path pictures are included with the download to help you locate the correct files.

First, make sure Vest 4 / Setup 2 from Hanako's pack is properly installed.

Open OpenIV, turn Edit Mode ON, and navigate to:

Grand Theft Auto V > mods > update > x64 > dlcpacks > eup > dlc.rpf > x64 > eup_componentpeds.rpf > mp_m_freemode_01_mp_m_heist3

Inside that folder, locate:

task_diff_000_a_uni.ytd

Open task_diff_000_a_uni.ytd in the OpenIV Texture Editor.

Inside the Texture Editor, select:

task_diff_000_a_uni

Click Replace and select the custom task_diff_000_a_uni texture included with this download.

Once the new texture has been imported, click SAVE.

That's it! Load into GTA V/LSPDFR, equip Vest 4 / Setup 2, and you'll have your new Vespucci Beach Police vest texture ready to go! 🌴🚔

The included screenshots show the exact OpenIV installation location and texture replacement process if you need a visual reference.

🔒 BACK UP YOUR FILES

Before installing, I highly recommend making a backup of your original:

task_diff_000_a_uni.ytd

That way, you can easily return to the original vest texture whenever you want.
