🐾 FREE SAHP EUP Vest Texture Pack | Patrol + K-9 Unit

I'm dropping another FREE release to go along with the San Andreas Highway Patrol fleet I've been building!

This pack includes two custom SAHP vest textures designed to match the black, silver, and red style of my SAHP vehicle liveries:

🚔 Regular SAHP Patrol Unit Vest — San Andreas Highway Patrol design
🐕‍🦺 SAHP K-9 Unit Vest — matching SAHP design with the red K-9 UNIT identification

These are TEXTURES ONLY. The actual EUP vest/model is NOT included.

⚠️ REQUIRED VEST — READ THIS FIRST

You need HANAKO's EUP VEST & EARPIECE pack for these textures to work. Specifically, you need:

VEST 1 / SETUP 4

Download HANAKO's EUP VEST & EARPIECE from LCPDFR

HANAKO's original download contains the vest model these textures were created for.

Please install HANAKO's Vest 1 / Setup 4 BEFORE installing my SAHP texture.

🔧 INSTALLATION

I've included install-path photos with the download to make this as easy as possible.

Open OpenIV, enable Edit Mode, and navigate to:

GTA V > mods > update > x64 > dlcpacks > eup > dlc.rpf > x64 > eup_componentpeds.rpf > mp_m_freemode_01_mp_m_vinewood

This is the EUP component location shown in the included install photo and is consistent with HANAKO's installation instructions.

Find:

task_diff_003_a_uni.ytd

Open the .ytd in the OpenIV Texture Editor.

Inside, select:

task_diff_003_a_uni

Replace/import it with the included SAHP texture:

task_diff_003_a_uni.png

Then click Save.

I strongly recommend making a backup of your original task_diff_003_a_uni.ytd before replacing anything.

⚠️ PATROL OR K-9 — CHOOSE ONE

For this release/setup, the Patrol and K-9 versions use the same texture slot, so you need to choose which one you want installed.

You cannot have both of these supplied textures active in that same vest slot at the same time.

Want the Patrol Vest? Install the Patrol texture.

Want the K-9 Vest? Replace it with the K-9 texture.

HANAKO's broader pack does support additional texture configurations when files are installed/renamed appropriately, but this release is packaged specifically around the single slot shown in my install instructions.

🐾 MADE TO MATCH THE SAHP FLEET

These vest textures were created specifically to match the SAHP vehicle fleet I've been building, including the Tahoe, RAM, Dodge Charger and the new K-9 Charger.

Now you can have your officer's equipment match the vehicles while you're running your SAHP patrols in LSPDFR.

And yes — this vest texture release is completely FREE. ❤️

If you're enjoying the SAHP project, smash the Like button on this post. It lets me know you want to see me continue adding more vehicles, EUP textures, K-9 equipment and other matching SAHP content.

🚫 DO NOT

❌ Do NOT re-upload or redistribute my textures.
❌ Do NOT claim my texture/design work as your own.
❌ Do NOT sell these textures.
❌ Do NOT include my textures in another download or pack without permission.
❌ Do NOT upload edited versions of my textures without permission.
❌ Do NOT redistribute HANAKO's original vest/model with this texture.

This download should contain texture files only. HANAKO's page specifically requires texture creators not to bundle his model files and sets additional rules for releases based on his public models.
