Happy Labor Day!

As a thank-you to everyone who supports Gaming4Life / G4L and follows my LSPDFR content, I wanted to give everyone something from the new San Andreas Highway Patrol fleet.

The 2023 SAHP RAM livery is completely FREE!

This RAM features the same aggressive blacked-out SAHP style as the new fleet, including the custom mountain-lion graphics, SAHP badging, STATE TROOPER/HIGHWAY PATROL markings, and dark highway-patrol theme.

The 2026 SAHP Tahoe is already available for paid members, and there are more matching vehicles coming to expand the fleet!

Happy Labor Day — enjoy this one on me! 🇺🇸🚔🐾

⚠️ IMPORTANT — LIVERY ONLY!

THIS DOWNLOAD DOES NOT INCLUDE THE VEHICLE MODEL.

You are downloading the SAHP livery/texture only.

You MUST download and install the Blaine County Sheriff's Office MEGA Pack for this livery to work.

🚔 REQUIRED VEHICLE PACK

Download the ELS Blaine County Sheriff's Office MEGA Pack on LCPDFR

You need the 23 RAM included with that vehicle pack.

Please install the original vehicle pack first and make sure the 23 RAM works properly in-game before installing my livery.

📂 HOW TO INSTALL

I've included Install Path photos with the download to make installation as easy as possible.

Open OpenIV, turn on Edit Mode, and navigate to:

GTA V → mods → update → x64 → dlcpacks → BCSO Mega Pack → dlc.rpf → x64 → vehicles.rpf

Once you're inside vehicles.rpf:

1. Find 23ram.ytd

2. Open 23ram.ytd in the OpenIV Texture Editor.

3. Find the texture named 23ram_sign_1

4. Open the downloaded SAHP RAM Livery folder.

5. Locate my included 23ram_sign_1 livery texture.

6. Replace/import the existing 23ram_sign_1 with my SAHP version.

7. Save your changes.

8. Launch GTA 5 and spawn the 23 RAM.

📸 Follow the included Install Path photos if you need help. They show exactly where 23ram.ytd is located and which 23ram_sign_1 texture needs to be replaced.

💾 BACK UP YOUR ORIGINAL

I recommend making a backup of the original 23ram.ytd or original 23ram_sign_1 texture before replacing anything.

That way you can easily switch back to the original livery later.

🐾 SAN ANDREAS HIGHWAY PATROL FLEET

This FREE RAM is part of my new San Andreas Highway Patrol fleet.

If you like the design and want to build out the matching fleet, the 2026 SAHP Tahoe is available now for paid G4L Patreon members, with more SAHP vehicles coming soon!

So grab the RAM for FREE, take it out on patrol, and get a taste of what's coming with the complete SAHP fleet. 🚔

🚫 PLEASE READ — DO NOT

Even though I'm releasing this livery for FREE, the design and included texture are still my work. Free does not mean you can re-upload, redistribute, sell, or claim the work as your own.

❌ PLEASE DO NOT:

• Re-upload this livery to another website, Patreon page, Discord server, Google Drive, or file-sharing service.

• Sell this livery or include it in a paid download.

• Claim the livery or its custom design as your own.

• Repackage the livery and release it elsewhere.

• Include it inside another vehicle pack without my permission.

• Edit the livery and redistribute the edited version as your own release.

• Take the custom SAHP badges, mountain-lion graphics, lettering, logos, or other design elements and redistribute them separately.

• Upload the actual download file for other people instead of directing them to the official G4L release.

✅ YOU CAN:

Use the livery for your own GTA 5/LSPDFR gameplay, patrols, screenshots, YouTube videos, livestreams, and other personal content.

If someone asks where you got it, please send them to the official Gaming4Life / G4L release instead of sending them the files directly.

• IN GAME SCREENSHOTS

HAPPY LABOR DAY!

I appreciate everyone who watches the channel, downloads my releases, supports the Patreon, leaves feedback, and continues supporting everything I'm building for LSPDFR.
