As a thank you to everyone who continues to support Gaming4Life / G4L, I'm releasing my brand-new Vespucci Beach Police Charger Livery completely FREE!

This is a fully custom livery designed around the atmosphere of Vespucci Beach and Los Santos. I wanted something that still looked like a believable police department while having a unique beach/patrol style that stands out in-game.

The design features the yellow, orange, and red sunset striping, palm trees, a custom Vespucci Beach Police badge, black-and-white patrol styling, and matching graphics around the vehicle.

🚨 IMPORTANT – TEXTURE/LIVERY ONLY

THIS DOWNLOAD DOES NOT INCLUDE THE VEHICLE MODELS.

This release contains my custom Vespucci Beach Police textures/liveries only.

You will need to download and install the original [ELS Hybrid][Addon] South Fulton Police Department Pack for these liveries to work.

Please download and install the original vehicle pack BEFORE installing my Vespucci Beach Police textures.

All credit for the vehicle models and vehicle-related assets belongs to the original creators. I did not create or redistribute the vehicle models.

🔧 HOW TO INSTALL

I've included installation photos with the download showing the exact OpenIV location and texture you need to replace.

1️⃣ Install the Required Vehicle Pack

First, download and properly install the South Fulton Police Department Pack linked above.

Make sure the vehicles are installed and working in GTA V before installing my textures.

2️⃣ Open OpenIV

Launch OpenIV, select GTA V, and turn on:

Edit Mode

Then navigate to:

GTA V > mods > update > x64 > dlcpacks > sfpd > dlc.rpf > x64 > vehicles.rpf

📸 See the included Install Path photo for reference.

3️⃣ Choose Your Charger

Inside vehicles.rpf, you will see the texture file that works for all 3 Chargers.

Look for:

SFPD23CHGR.YTD

SFPD23CHGR2.YTD

SFPD23CHGRUN.YTD

Open the .YTD belonging to the Charger you want to install the livery on.

4️⃣ Find the Livery Texture

Once the .YTD opens in the OpenIV Texture Editor, find:

chgr_sign_1

Select chgr_sign_1.

You should see that the original texture is:

4096 × 4096

📸 The included texture installation photo shows exactly what you're looking for.

5️⃣ Replace the Texture

With chgr_sign_1 selected, click:

REPLACE

Select the matching Vespucci Beach Police chgr_sign_1 texture included in my download.

Allow OpenIV to replace the original texture.

6️⃣ Save & Play

Save your changes and close OpenIV.

Launch GTA V, spawn the corresponding Charger, and the vehicle should now have the new:

If you're installing the livery on multiple Charger variants, repeat the same process for each appropriate .YTD.

• Which texture needs to be replaced

I recommend keeping the pictures open while installing if you're unfamiliar with replacing GTA V vehicle textures.

🚨 VEHICLE PACK REQUIREMENTS

Make sure you read and follow the installation instructions provided by the original vehicle creator.

The South Fulton Police Department Pack has its own required files/dependencies for the emergency lighting and other vehicle features to function correctly.

Those requirements are separate from my livery.

My download only changes the vehicle's appearance.
