Sophisticated LA - Modern Spanish Styled Home (Bougie Girl) (Realistic)
This Lot was designed/inspired for a young sophisticated woman and a teenage girl who live in an upscale California home.
Make sure to turn on 'bb.moveobjects' before placing the house in your game!
For the best gameplay(Sunny View), try adding this lot in Oasis Springs or Del Sol Valley.
Please feel free to let me know if you have any questions.
I will make the purple room available in an upcoming post if you want to download that room by itself.

I LOVE this build! However, I cannot get my sim to walk into the house. Maybe the terrain in the front of the house is blocking the entrance?

Thank you!! My apologies for the terrain issue. I will fix it and do a revised new addition.
