THE GROVE APARTMENTS - HOOD BUILD
Welcome to The Grove Apartments, a run down apartment complex that has seen better days. Worn brick walls, boarded windows, graffiti, trash scattered throughout the parking lot, and years of neglect give this neighborhood its authentic atmosphere.
Designed for players who love realistic gameplay, this build is perfect for hood stories, crime storylines, machinima, family drama, rags to riches, gang roleplay, and urban storytelling. Every corner was created to feel lived in, making it easy to drop your Sims into a neighborhood with history.
