Alright. This one’s for the people who want to see the wiring, not just the lit room.
I’m uploading a video with this post where I walk you through what my AI renderings look like before they look like anything I’m willing to stand behind. The ugly passes. The almost-right passes. The “why is his skin suddenly plastic” passes. The small, surgical tweaks that change everything. The part where I stop pretending “prompting” is magic and admit it’s closer to darkroom work: push, pull, re-expose, curse, try again, keep the one frame that finally breathes.
My goal is complete, authentic realism — or, more honestly, my best attempts at it. I’m not chasing “pretty.” I’m chasing weight, texture, gravity, skin that looks like it has a history, and movement that doesn’t feel like a mannequin being dragged through a scene.
The “underwater” suggestion (yes, really)
A friend tossed me a suggestion that sounded like a joke until it wasn’t: hint that the images are underwater — not to make them look underwater, but to change how the model imagines skin and motion. And it works. It’s not a filter. It’s a physics nudge.
Even when the final frame reads as dry air, that single premise can make:
skin highlights behave less like hard gloss and more like living surface,
transitions feel smoother, less hinged,
movement read as continuous instead of “pose-to-pose.”
It’s a cheat, but it’s a useful cheat — because realism isn’t just detail. Realism is how things yield.
What I want from you
If you’re here, you’re not here for the polished poster. You’re here for the process that gets me to something that feels real enough to cum.

But I do have to praise something that I witnessed. Watching that one about the guys in space.... The anticipation of the buildup was so slow and so agonizingly crucial to my psyche. I was just losing my fucking mind in a good way. That's your real strong suit: the narrative with an agonizingly slow climb. That's the sad part, because that usually promises great, awesome things, but then it's a little bit of a letdown when the details come in all crooked. Anyway, don't let this be a downer. Just keep on pushing and keep on trying and keep on making it better. I support it.
I fully agree my friend. But I believe I am getting closer there. it takes thousands of words per prompt (thankfully cut and paste for many of them each time) but please check out Gymnos or the later films. I think you will be pleased - or at least more pleased. There is a conspiracy, my friend, and without sounding racist (or whatever the word it would be) it all stems from elderly white American men. (See what I mean, racist does not seem the right English word.) The machinery KNOWS how to create the work; they have neutered it because they are scared of it - and by plucking key necessary words out of the available dictionary, they make the human male behaviors impossible. For no explainable reason (especially when they are allowing it to pass in the female spectrum.) And it is solely white elderly American male outrage blocking such growth; if one has the ability to host their own server and acquires it through non-US sources, things render more fully. I am in Greece - masculine form and physique are a part of our history and we certainly do not fear it... and while I am teaching (slowly) my own knowledge base / server, I have to be ultra-careful not to allow something tainted with US corporate / lawyer / government denial / fear / moderation to be integrated. Hang in there. Artists like me are attempting real art by using this form; it is hard when much of the colors have been taken from the box of pencils.
I will never understand the ironic limits of AI. Its very existence is only because of us. We invented it. We conceived of it. We designed it, we coded it, and we taught it. We gave it everything it needed: endless data, endless modeling, and endless access to every database on earth. And yet, it still cannot render so many things about the penis accurately. Yet, it's perfect with boobs... lol. If I were the paranoid type, I would almost be inclined to think that there's a giant conspiracy against men on this planet, because the way AI renders things is almost degrading to men. I mean, Christ. Most AI models don't even know how to show a guy taking a piss. They make him squat like a girl. Why the fuck is that? It's like this weird emasculation thing. Then you tell an AI to make a guy cum, and nine times out of ten, it renders the sperm exiting the guy's mouth, not his penis. I mean, aren't AI models trained on anatomy from a medical perspective? Oral sex in a still image looks fine, but in a video? Please. It's like somebody with Huntington's disease trying to eat a hot dog for the first time in their life. It's just bizarre. And don't get me wrong, this is not an asshole speech. This is just me really seriously wondering: why is all of it like that? And it's ongoing, so that makes me think that AI models can't learn and improve. They just get stuck on the same thing. And if that's the case, then why are we letting AI practically take over our lives when they get stuck on simple things? As far as how you run your site and how you construct these videos with lots of anticipation and build-up, I think it's amazing and it really gets my juices flowing. Until.... Wait for it. .... Completely weird dicks and weird behaviors.

I've only been a member here for a couple of days, but I appreciate how much work it must take to achieve the level of quality you're going for. I've sub'd to several creators doing similar videos and I'd affirm your work to be top tier for the genre. I’d offer that weird AI artefacts like a backwards glans or a shape-shifting jockstrap are what breaks the reality, yet in my short time I can’t say you've got those here at all (but so hard to avoid!). But I just want to explain that from my personal perspective, the reason I search & sub these AI creations is precisely because of the fact that reality is *NOT* a limitation! The AI guys can all be more gorgeous and physically perfect than in any reality; they can perform acts no real person ever could; and can boast insane megacocks that expand on command, or can inexplicably blowjob on two feet of dong. I respect that you’re determined to differentiate your work from other creators, but I hope you don't burden your output too much with perfection if that makes it a time-chewing struggle. For me, it's actually the exaggerated possibilities of realistic AI that makes it so cum-worthy and hot when creating these amazing images. I really enjoyed your training video and the work you put into explaining your craft 🤩
