Making custom clothes is complicated, but hopefully you will find everything you need in the guide

Fixed a bug where modifying outfits in the wardrobe menu and pressing 'x' to cancel out would affect Jill's everyday clothes
Fixed a bug where outfits would sometimes persist outside of the scope of their save game
Fixed a bug that caused the outfit menu elements to display backwards on android phones in Arabic language
Updated the look_builder.html utility to include links to relevant portions of the modding guide
