Progress Report #05 – Prologue Act 3

Hey champs 👊

These last two weeks were all about visual production for Prologue Act 3.

Good news: the first major phase of the act is finally complete, so I've moved into one of the two big segments that make up the rest of the night. Most of the work this time was turning script into finished scenes, a lot of new images produced, tested, and sometimes fully redone until the progression felt right.

I also polished a few parts of the script along the way. Nothing that changed the structure, but once the visuals started coming together, some moments needed cleaner transitions, better reactions, and small continuity fixes.

This part of the act is very visual, so it takes time to get each scene where I want it. There's still a lot left to produce, but the progress these two weeks was solid.

A bunch of scenes that were only written before are now fully visualized, and the section is finally starting to feel like a real playable sequence instead of just a script.

Now I keep pushing through this segment and produce as much as I can before moving into the next one.

It's ambitious and it's a lot of work, but little by little it's starting to look exactly like the finale I had in mind for the Prologue.
