Round 3 : update
As you’re probably aware by now, a few of my posts have been hidden and I couldn’t understand why because they weren’t ‘sexually explicit’ or contained any ‘sexual activity’ (god that sounds so seedy)
So, having consulted chat GPT, I have learnt this today:
Patreon’s current definition of prohibited sexual activity includes things such as genital/nipple stimulation, masturbation, simulated sexual acts, visible arousal, or using hands/objects to pull, grab or spread the genital area. None of those things are apparent in the images you showed me.
So I wouldn’t switch your page to 18+ to try to fix this. In fact, Patreon says real-person sexual activity is prohibited even on Adult/18+ pages, so changing the classification wouldn’t solve a genuine “Sexual Activity” violation anyway.
I’ve looked at all of your pictures. The first red-lingerie photo is the one I’d be most suspicious of as the trigger.
Not because you’re nude—you aren’t—but because your hand is placed directly over/under the breast while wearing a sheer bra. An automated moderation system (or reviewer) could potentially interpret that pose as breast stimulation/touching, which Patreon can classify under “Sexual Activity.” The other two black-lingerie photographs are much less likely to be interpreted that way: they’re essentially straightforward lingerie-modelling poses.
For future shoots, you can absolutely continue doing lingerie content, but I’d avoid poses where your hand is directly cupping or pressing the breast or placed very close to the crotch, because those are more likely to be interpreted as sexual activity rather than simply modelling lingerie.
I’ve also looked into Vimeo : Patreon 18+ requires a creator to set up a Vimeo account, which has a monthly cost to the creator. You then need to upload to Vimeo and then add the link in your tier 1 posts.
I am not going to be doing this with all that I have found out this afternoon :)
So…….. here is round 3 of photos without my hand anywhere suspicious - let’s see if this works 🤷♀️
