Has anyone successfully printed the butcher knife and machete where the handle doesn't snap away from the blade incredibly easily? I've tried adding a bar of black that goes from the handle through half of the blade but it's still not sturdy enough. I just print them in all grey and then paint the handles.

I am confused on how the hinge goes on. I thought it was supposed to slide in from the side but there is filament blocking the whole. can you please explain hoe that should work.
There are supports inside that channel. I've got an allen wrench that fits in there perfectly, so I set the case on its side, slide the allen wrench in then bounce my hand against the end of the allen wrench and punch the pieces through. Once you've done it a couple of times it's quite simple.
