Age of Umbra: The Ruins of the Old World

As you and your friends finally get out of the woods your breath is cut short by what lies in front of you. A fallen world sitting in a valley. You remain silent, hit by an unfamiliar nostalgia. Memories that are not yours. To the left, the Celsian Athenaeum. A broken dome which arbored great secret and magic. To the Northeast, The great bastion of Amber Reach. Once a godly place and now the home of an ever-growing darkness. You remain silent as your eye lay of the Ruins of an Old World.

What is the age of Umbra? Plainly simple; it is a grimdark, gothic, dark fantasy setting heavily inspired by Dark Souls, Kingdom Death: Monster, Berserk, The Seventh Seal, Blasphemous.

Most of my inspiration for this Album comes from the composer Yuka Kitamura and the team at fromsoftware sound team. More precisely - Dark souls and elden ring.
