Greetings!
Here is some progress on the new update.
The new location is still in development. I would say it is not even 50% complete yet. There is still a lot to do.
I am also continuing to work on the new minigame. One of the changes is to the symbols. They have changed significantly and now look more like text than just a set of themed icons.
All characters in the clinic will get new poses and spots within the clinic. Let us give Elizabeth some breathing room, since this room will be less crowded now. Here are some examples:
With these changes, the clinic fast travel UI will also change a little. There will be indicators showing where each character is.
That is all for now. There is still plenty of work ahead, and I will share more as the update takes shape!

Hi, I'm new here. I have a question. In this version on your platform, the desire and affection levels only go up to 50%. Is this intentional, or is there another version of the game?
That is the current limit for all versions

Quick question because I never tested it: once the staff is trained, can I just pass the time and still get paid for their work or does it skip the client like usual?
Yes, after training they will generate income, just by skipping time, for example
