Happy to share some progress on the new update — and today's topic is...

Hiring Staff

You can hire staff and earn "passive" income — your employees will do the work for you. They're nowhere near as skilled as you are, and you'll have to pay their wages — but in exchange, you'll be making money while you spend your time on other things!

Two "official" employees will be available for hire in this update.

The Staff Room

When they're not serving clients, your staff will handle other tasks around the clinic or take a break — in the staff room. This room comes with a unique parameter: Comfort Level.

Comfort reflects the overall working conditions and directly affects how well your staff recovers between work sessions. Give them decent conditions, and they'll perform noticeably better.

A New Tab in Elizabeth's Clipboard

All the new parameters are gathered in a separate tab. Here you can check the stats of your hired staff and hire new employees. Available info: name, photo, assignment, stamina, skill, and a list of interests.

• Assignment — lets you pick the specific service employee will perform.

• Stamina — how tired the employee is from working. It has several tiers: Fresh, Normal, and Tired. The more tired they are, the worse the client service — and the lower your profit.

• Skill — grows on its own as long as the employee keeps working. The higher it is, the happier your clients and the bigger the payout.

• List of Interests — helps raise that employee's personal comfort level.

• Schedule — lets you set the days the employee will work: 5 days maximum, 2 days minimum.

New Animations

Everyone connected to the clinic in one way or another is getting new unique animations. Nurses will water the flowers, Elizabeth will take a daytime break over a cup of coffee, and so on. Some animations will be available right away, while others will need to be unlocked under certain conditions. Around 20 animations are planned for this update in total.
This will make the clinic feel more alive, and other characters will get the same approach in the future.
