Top down awesome, but I have a question are we going to be able to create heavy traffic scenarios?

If Real Track Studio/Horizon Life ever shuts down their servers, will purchased maps continue to work completely offline, including all LODs and textures?
If that were to happen one day, we would provide all the maps without verification.
