Just a reminder and as I mentioned at the end of 2023, I am streamlining certain aspects of my business, including my private 1:1 online naked yoga sessions.

As of March 2024, I will no longer be offering these private sessions.

So, I will be taking on only 2 more students this month...and then I will no longer be offering this service.

Take your practice to the next level with a private 1-on-1 online naked yoga session. Allow me to guide you through a personalised class that I have tailored just for you! Whether you currently have a practice or not, these personalised classes can either elevate your current practice or help you to start a practice that is built upon strong foundations.

Whether it is about developing a practice that facilitates building strength or improving flexibility; or whether there are certain poses you would like to work on; or whether it’s about learning more about breath work or mediation, there are so many possibilities we can explore. Remember, this is YOUR practice and this experience is all about YOU! This is an offering designed with and for you.

Sessions are 1.5 hours - consisting of a 1 hour class and 30 minutes pre and post-session to catch up and discuss any questions you may have.
