The Annual Tribute

Arendelle's success and prosperity depends on many different factors.

Several of which involve ensuring several aggressive species leave Arendelle and its caravans alone. Orcs, Goblins, Lizardmen, Werewolves, etc. All of which raid towns and caravans and take their goods and people for either their own pleasure or consumption.

Elsa and Anna have a well laid working program to keep those species from harassing Arendelle and its caravans.

But there are sometimes other factors. Powerful factors that require a special assistance.

That is where the Fiend connection comes in.

Elsa's pact with a number of Fiends ensures that other powerful factors that can or do threaten the city are not an issue for Arendelle.

And annually they come collect their tribute.

Elsa is the tribute.

Fiends have a wide variety of appearances and can take on many different forms.

Elsa finds a way to not only please each one, but to enjoy herself while doing so.
