1️⃣ Game is crashing on launch — how do I fix it?
If the game crashes when you launch the mod, follow these steps:
Remove all other mods and squad files, then try launching the mod again.
The issue may be related to FIFA Mod Manager.
Fix: Install the latest version of Live Editor and enable Auto Launch Live Editor when launching the mod.
If the issue persists, proceed to the general troubleshooting steps below.
2️⃣ Game crashes after selecting a team to start a tournament
This issue is usually caused by corrupted or outdated Live Editor files.
Fix:
Close the game and Live Editor.
Delete the Live Editor folder for FC27.
Download and extract the latest Live Editor files.
Launch the mod again.
3️⃣ My game isn't launching — how do I fix it?
If the game fails to launch, try the following steps in order.
Step 1: Add antivirus exclusions
Add the following folders, rather than individual files, to your antivirus exclusions:
Your game installation folder
Your FIFA Mod Manager folder
%localappdata%/FIFA Editing Toolsuite
Your Live Editor folder, if you're using Live Editor

Step 2: Try these troubleshooting steps one at a time
Test the game after each step before proceeding to the next.
Restart your PC.
If you're not using Live Editor, enable Auto-launch with Live Editor in your modding setup.
If you're already using Live Editor, open Live Editor → Settings → Launcher and disable Show Warning at startup.
Repair the game through the relevant game launcher.
In FIFA Mod Manager, click the arrow next to Launch and select Delete FIFAModData and Launch.
Clear the EA app or Steam cache, depending on your launcher.
Try switching the EA app or Steam to offline mode. If you're already offline, try online mode instead.
Delete everything inside the following cache folder:
%localappdata%/FIFA Editor Tool/Caches
Update Windows.
Reinstall the EA app or Steam.
Reinstall the game as a last resort.
Important: Back up important files before deleting folders or reinstalling software. Only add antivirus exclusions for trusted, verified files and folders.
4️⃣ Can I use this mod with other mods?
You may try using other mods alongside this one, but compatibility is not guaranteed. Mods that do not modify the game database are usually compatible.
We cannot provide support for issues caused by combining this mod with other mods.
If you encounter any problems, remove all other mods and test the 212 NTs RTWC Mod on its own before reporting the issue.
5️⃣ Why can't I find the squad file included with the mod?
The mod does not require a separate squad file.
However, you must remove all existing squad files from your FC27 Settings folder:
C:\Users\<yourname>\AppData\Local\EA SPORTS FC 27\Settings
Replace <yourname> with your Windows username.
If you want to keep a backup of your current squad file, you can save it through Settings → Profile → Save Squads before removing it from the Settings folder.
6️⃣ Can I use other squad files?
No. Using any other squad file — including the official EA squad file — will cause data conflicts that may result in crashes or other serious issues.
Before launching the mod, make sure all other squad files have been removed. The mod must be used without any external or official squad files to avoid potential conflicts.
7️⃣ Why can't I edit national team squads or call up players?
This is an official EA game bug.
Even without mods, national team lineups can become uneditable from the main menu after you edit squads or call up players from other national teams.
Workaround: Make player call-ups and edit national team squads through Career Mode instead.
8️⃣ Why do I keep receiving national team performance review emails after 2028?
This is a game-code bug.
Workaround:
Load your Career Mode save from July 2028.
Use Live Editor to create a national team job again. You can do this even if you're switching to a different national team.
After the UEFA Euro, Copa América, or OFC Nations Cup concludes, accept your reappointment immediately.
Following these steps can help prevent repeated national team performance review emails.
9️⃣ Why is Career Mode crashing?
Career Mode in these mods requires Live Editor. Crashes may occur if you launch the mod without Live Editor or use an outdated version.
Fix:
Download the latest Live Editor from xAranaktu's Patreon.
Extract and install the files according to the provided instructions.
Launch the mod using the recommended Live Editor procedure.
Ensure your Live Editor version is compatible with your current EA SPORTS FC 27 game update.
🔟 The Qualifiers standings are not visible in Career Mode — how do I fix this?
This is a game engine limitation and is expected behaviour.
However, you can still view the Qualifiers group standings using either of the following methods:
Using Live Editor: View the group standings for all Qualifiers groups through Live Editor.
Without Live Editor: You can view your group's current standings during the pre-match introduction of any Qualifiers match.
1️⃣1️⃣ Why are team names displayed as "TeamName_Abbr_xxx"?
This happens when the game is running in a language other than English.
Fix: Change the in-game language to English.
The 212 NTs RTWC Mod supports English language only. Other languages are not supported and may cause team names and other text to display incorrectly. We may add more languages support in future versions.
1️⃣2️⃣ I can't find the tournaments added by the mod. Where are they?
You can find the added tournaments by following these steps:
Go to Tournaments.
Select Domestic Cups.
Open Men's Cups.
Scroll through the list to find the tournaments added by the mod.
1️⃣3️⃣ Why are the AFC Asian Cup, AFCON, and CONCACAF Gold Cup sometimes displayed as "Men's Continental Tournament" in Career Mode?
In some parts of Career Mode, these tournaments may appear under the generic name "Men's Continental Tournament".
This is intentional and has been implemented to ensure that you can view the standings for these tournaments in the Career Mode Standings menu.
However, in most other places, including during gameplay, the tournaments will display their authentic names.
