(POLL) If I were to offer paid mod creation lessons would you consider joining them?
I figured I'd get an idea whether or not this is something that there would even be an audience for. While I used to offer commissions and other requests, those ended up taking far too much of my time away from mod creation. And it was especially difficult to manage because I wouldn't always know how long a project would take until I got started on it. With something like teaching live mod creation, it feels like it could work better schedule wise if I were to know in advance how long of a lesson someone wanted to pay for.
(Edit: I suppose I should give a rough estimate of what I'm considering for a pricing model, so people can more actuately vote. If what I propose sounds out of the wheelhouse for some people, they should simply select 'No'. I am thinking pretty low hourly rates starting off, while I am still learning how to teach and building my knowledge base. Maybe something around $20 /hourly, with a discount for paid Patreon members. Mind you, for any members who are not fluent in English, I speak only English.)
Of course, pre-recorded lessons could be a thing, but I feel like live screen sharing voice lessons would be better suited for niche things like gacha mod creation.
I would think the extent of my knowledge would have to stay within the realm of generalized model creation/editing within Blender, editing/designing textures, importing/exporting mods, how I design my own models, etc.
This would likely be managed through an application most people are familiar with, like Discord.
Please don't refrain from selecting "No" as your response. The more accurate the responses the more helpful the poll will be.

This is actually something I've been wanting to learn for a long while now! Oftentimes I'll be unable to find a mod I'm wanting, so I wished I had the ability to say "I'll do it myself". I've tried searching around but been utterly lost and unable to find a single thing to help me. It depends on my work schedule, but 100% yes I'd love to! I just started trying to learn Blender in hopes I'd find something.
I had almost zero knowledge in 3D modeling programs or modding before starting off, but was able to figure it out. Granted, I cant tell you how many dozens of hours I spent fighting to get answers out of AIs. They're just not suited for niche fields like video game modding, especially for giving knowledge on specific games.
I said yes but I am still considering it. Timewise. I used to do mods for the game Destiny Child from Shift Up. Its been a while and Id be new to 3D softwares. I dable in Zbrush but jot Blender
Im pretty fluent in Blender, but really just for gacha games. I could help in the realm of teaching 3D modeling, top to bottom and the process of getting a model exported and working in-game, ini and all. Of course, only consider if it is really a value proposition for you. Self teaching is an option! That's what I did.
It would be the only time I've ever been happy in a class. A thousand times yes
Perhaps I could make group lessons, with a discount for each individual, for those simply wanting to get general knowledge
I voted no simply because I don't think I would have the time to put into it
maybe
