Plans for the Page Moving Forward (Arknights, Memberships, etc.)

As I mentioned in earlier posts, I won’t be continuing active modding for Wuthering Waves moving forward. I may still make one or two more mods for upcoming characters if I have the time and if Arknights XXMI modding support isn’t available yet. There’s currently no ETA for XXMI, but I’m watching the situation closely through forums and channels, and I can communicate directly with some of the launcher developers. Hopefully we’ll see progress sooner rather than later.

If, for some reason (very unlikely), Arknights proves impossible to support through XXMI, I’ll consider choosing another gacha title so that we can maintain at least two active games in the content pipeline. Again, that scenario probably won’t happen, but it’s worth acknowledging.

Patreon Tier & Pricing Changes

I’ve also decided to restructure Patreon tiers. The goal is to simplify the system and make pricing more fair for everyone going forward.

Currently, the $1 tier grants access to all mods and community benefits (like polls), while the $3 tier grants those same benefits plus personal requests. Personal requests function similarly to commission work and take a significant amount of time and focus away from community projects. As the community grows, this becomes increasingly inefficient and ends up benefiting only a small number of members.

To fix this, I’m replacing the current $1 and $3 tiers with a single tier for ZZZ mods, early access, and general benefits. This new tier will be $2. I won’t be accepting personal requests after the new structure takes effect. While it may look like a price increase for $1 members, the time I was spending on personal requests will now go toward expanding toggle options and variant systems within mods so that more preferences are covered by default. This also helps ensure that as more Patreon-exclusive mods (e.g., Zhao) are released, access isn’t being granted to a large library of exclusive content for only $1.

For current $3 tier members, I’ll continue honoring personal requests until their active billing cycle ends. For example, if the new tier goes live on February 1st and someone’s $3 billing cycle runs from January 15th to February 15th, I’ll take requests up through 2/15. Hopefully that makes sense.

In place of Personal Request Discord channels, I'll create a bug report Discord channel next month, available for paid members. This will make for a more consolidated hub for these types of things to be reported, instead of random comments on Patreon and Gamebanana, mentioning issues in passing.

My planned date for the tier change is the release of ZZZ 2.6 (Idol patch), when Chinatsu/Sunna’s banner drops.

Arknights Tier Plans

If/when Arknights modding becomes viable, I plan to offer a separate $2 tier for Arknights mods, and a $3 tier for access to both Arknights and ZZZ. That way, people who only follow one game aren’t forced to pay for both, while people who enjoy both can get a reasonable bundle price. I’ll only create these tiers once I feel confident I can deliver full, feature-rich mods for the game.

I hope this doesn’t come across as a simple case of inflation. When I introduced the $1 tier originally, my mods were much simpler—few variants and no comprehensive toggle systems. Since then, the quality and complexity of NSFW bodies and toggle systems has increased significantly, and I’d like to continue improving them from here.
